To install on stock: Detach the sling at the barrel band, slide EMPTY pouch down the barrel… |
…over the receiver and onto the buttstock. |
Place the mags in the pouch and slide it toward the rear |
We have omitted the snap to secure the pouch on the pistol belt due numerous complaints that it will scratch the stock |
Imported reproduction of the ammunition pouch used with M1 Carbines. We have developed a less expensive line of products as an alternative to our USA made products- we have called this gear “JQMD”.
These pouches are correctly made from cotton canvas and webbing with lift-the-dot style closure. The color is the same as that on authentic WWII US Army gear- olive drab shade number 3. Enthusiasts commonly call it “khaki” but in reality, is an olive tan.
We have eliminated the snap on the rear of the pouch as many people insist it will damage the stock of the carbine.
Pouch holds two 15rd M1 Carbine magazines. Larger capacity magazines will NOT fit.
